We’ve got beef!!! And lamb!!! And eggs!!! And veggies!!! And cookies!!!
The farm store will be open this Saturday, January 29th 9:00 to 4:00 for a pop-up Mini Farmer’s Market. We are partnering with Greenlaw Gardens in Kittery to bring you veggies like carrots, potatoes and spinach, as well as cookies from Chef’s Cove, and microgreens from Phil’s Crispy Greens. You can pre-order our beef, lamb and eggs if you would like by responding to this email. Eggs go quickly so it is a good idea to preorder them at least. Beef cuts/packages including roasts, short ribs, and ground beef are available for pre-order (steaks are the exception, we have them available in the store but not for pre-order). For lamb cuts/packages we have loin and rib chops, shoulder and leg roasts, whole legs, ground lamb and Greek sausage.
We will also have a skirting table set up where we clean our sheep’s fleece before sending it to the mill to be spun into yarn. Try your hand at cleaning fleece or just check out what a fleece looks like once its been sheared from the sheep.
