It’s hard to believe we have officially been here in Eliot on our farm for 3 years now!!!  Over the years we have added sheep, cows, turkeys, hundreds of chickens, many raised beds full of fruit and vegetables and now a farm store right in our barn.  We continue to be so grateful for this amazing property and the opportunity to grow delicious healthy food for our family, friends, old and new neighbors and everyone in our community.

As a celebration of our 3rd anniversary and the upcoming 4th of July weekend we have some fun things going on.  First, on Friday morning, the mobile Refillery called Leave No Trace (https://leavenotracerefillery.com/shop/)  will be here from 9:00 to 12:00.  The van is packed full of sustainable products that are good for the earth like cleaning supplies, skin, hair and face products, laundry soaps, coffee, and many other things.  So bring a mason jar to fill and stop by to see what awesome things Cyndy has in her van.

Inside the store we are fully stocked with lots of local meats including our own frozen whole organically raised chickens, all kinds of pork (chops, bacon, sausage, ground pork) from Dogpatch Farm (https://dogpatchfarm.net/dogpatchfarm/), and ground beef from Bondgarden Farm (http://bondgarden.net/) right here in Eliot.  Perfect for a weekend cook out!!!

Chef’s Cove (https://www.chefs-cove.com/) will be baking some special pies for us too.  Red, white and blue pies.  Strawberry rhubarb, apple and blueberry.  If you buy a pie and a pound of ground beef or a whole chicken you get 15% 0ff!!!!  There are 4 types of yummy cookies too!

Lastly we still have some pretty awesome looking tomato plants and they are all free this weekend.  There is still time to plant a few tomatoes so come by and grab some for your garden….for free!!!!  Check out the new store, grab some great local food and meet Cyndy from the Refillery on Friday morning.  See you soon!
