Welcome to the dog days of summer. We have lots of awesome produce growing and ready for harvest. After last weekend’s heat wave the lettuce is pretty much done for the summer but we are getting lots of potatoes, kale, garlic, Swiss chard, zucchini and beets. We have new red potatoes, small white potatoes and Adirondack blue potatoes. Red, white and blue! Yum.
